Bears Win! It's been a LONG time since I've seen the Bears beat the Packers... about 4 years if I remember correctly. In tribute, I bring back the Farve Chicken!

I will also treat you with my own creation. This what you get when you combine the McFarlane 12 inch BIG Urlacher, the normal size Brett Farve figure, a digital camera, and a photographer with too much free time before the game.

Okay, besides the Bears game... the little big-headed baby's due date has possibly been moved up to December 9th... that's about 3 weeks from what we were originally expecting.
Work is good... busy, but good... that's it for now. I promise I will work on the wedding photo site soon.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I still have to finish the wedding page. I'm working on the DVD now and need to start working on the photo album.
Big news for me.... NO MORE RETAIL, I start a new job next week. I'll be the assistant branch manager at Bank One. I can't wait for Christmas this year. :-) It will be my first in over 10 years not in a retail environment.
Here's a picture of us taken last week at softball... it was taken in between our doubleheader. We lost the first one, won the second. Our season is over, but the tournament starts next week. We ended up 6-8... not bad, but not as good as we would have hoped.

Yeah, I'm a big slacker... I haven't updated in two months. Sorry. Things have been busy. Wedding was great, Jill and the baby-to-be are doing good, we just had our third doctor's appointment.
Here's our first baby picture taken on June 4th... I swear it looks like an alien. It's all head, must be mine. :-)

I'll be making a wedding page filled with pictures obviously... but for now, these can hold you over.

I said before that I had more news... well, here it is... we found out on Friday that Jill is pregnant! Not sure exactly how far along she is, but we think she's around a month. The magical baby calculator we used said she was due on December 23, 2004. So, she and Amanda will be pregnant and probably due around the same time...

Last Monday we FROZE at the Cub's game (below is a photo) and yesterday we went to Medieval Times (below is a photo) and had a great time. I have more news, just no time to list it right now. Also below is the logo for our new softball team, also drawn by Jeremy Fisher. Click on his name to email him! He's EXTREMELY talented! Bye for now!

Not much going on... there's a possibility of me getting a store manager job in Saginaw, MI. I haven't interviewed for it yet, but I've been told I'm being considered. I really don't want to move again, I'm tired of moving, but it would be very hard to turn down an opportunity like that.
Make sure you check out my video services page and draw me up some well-needed business! :-)
Oh, I'm joining a spring softball league... I'm pretty excited about that. It's with some people from work and some others I haven't met yet. We will be playing on Wednesday nights at fields around South Bend!
March 17th, 2004
Check out my video services page! Tell your friends and family about it. I'll turn your old VHS family movies and photos into amazing DVD productions!
Besides that, not much else going on.

Nothing new or exciting to report. I took off all the "Robin-bashing" stuff because it seems she has left me alone and stopped leaving comments on my tag-board.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.... thank god it's all over for another year. Retail and Christmas are NOT a good combination. Time for some rest! :-) Even with working retail during another holiday season everything went very well with the job and personally... a small side note: OH MY GOD! I AM TURING 30 IN EXACTLY ONE MONTH FROM TODAY! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Let the ranting begin: I think I'm officially minus a brother for good. No matter what I say or do Brian and his family refuses to have anything to do with me or pretty much the rest of my family. Sometimes people need to be able to forgive and forget and move on with your lives. You only have one family and the longer you wait to make things right the more time you waste. Eventually you've waited too long and missed your opportunity and then you are stuck with regrets the rest of your life! I haven't talk to them in about a year and as an act of kindness I decided to send them all Christmas gifts. Really well thought out thoughtful gifts... but that ended up causing nothing but drama. Here's a quote from an email Brian's wife wrote about getting the gifts:
And we thought to ourselves, well if we don’t accept these gifts all we are going to hear is hell from everyone, how selfish, mean and what not we are, and if we do Jim will think that everything is ok between us all or it’s the first step to starting over. I don’t get the impression Brian would like to talk to Jim, what are they going to talk about?
Not really sure what exactly the problem is with "starting over?"
Here's a photo of us several years ago:

Nothing new with me.... we captured Saddam! Well, it really wasn't "we captured..." I didn't have much to do with it. Here's my contribution:

If you weren't lucky enough to get a Christmas card from us click the link below to see what it looked like. I made it myself... we took the photo using the digital camera's timer... Jill sat with Dallas and Gracie, I had to hit the timer grab Meko and sit down. The result was some interesting photos. Once we finally found one we liked I noticed we blocked the Christmas tree... sooo... I cut us out of our living room and inserted us (using Picture It) into someone else's living room complete with fireplace and Christmas Tree. I also added the stockings and stocking labels to the fireplace. Not bad... maybe I'll post some of the rejected photos later for laughs. Anyway, here's the photo's link:

Oh and the Bears won today! Too bad they are out of the playoffs...

The time has come... for the inevitable truth and realization:

Wedding plans are being made... we think now that we are going to get married at Niagara Falls. We found a package that allows us to exchange vows outside with the Falls as a background! We will most likely go there around June 27th, 2004 and stay a few days, then drive to NYC and spend a few days and see a few shows!
November 21st, 2003
Still nothing really exciting to report. I did at a bunch of new photo galleries on the photos page. Check them out. I really want to redo the entire photo section, but I'm not sure how. I also want to go through my photo albums and include some old photos. Anyway, when I get time I'll work on that.
Besides that, there's not much to report. I work in a retail environment and it's Christmas time... so I'm obviously busy with that.
Still no definite wedding plans... we are trying to figure out how to fund the whole thing. Neither of us really want to cheat ourselves out of a nice wedding JUST BECAUSE we've been married before. It's all about the $$$ at this point!
Happy Turkey Day!
Gobble to you!

Nothing exciting to report... I'll be posting some new photos this week. Jill, Josh, and I went to the Bears game last weekend and took some great shots. I also have some photos from my Monday Night Football gathering a month ago. Happy Fall!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEKO! He's 4 years old today!!!
October 21st, 2003
Nothing of interest to report... the Cubs blew the playoffs, the Bears just plain suck... 3 years ago today Kate I were married... hmmm... nothing else exciting to say. I need to go to bed, I have to be to work in 6.5 hours.... sleep is apparently optional.

In the spirit of Halloween we've been visiting some haunted houses. Thursday we went to the HAUNTED CAVE in Fort Wayne, IN which was GREAT and to the FORBIDDEN FARM in Elkhart, IN which was also pretty good. Tonight we went to STATESVILLE HAUNTED PRISON in Crest Hill, IL and to the DREAM REAPERS in Melrose Park, IL, both were GREAT... they are the #1 and #2 ranked Haunted Houses in the Midwest!
